You’ve decided you want a garden cabin – great! Now comes the most important step: choosing the right size.

Here’s a quick guide to help you visualise what fits:

4m x 3m Cabin

Perfect for: A compact garden office, craft room or teen hangout.
You’ll fit: A desk, small sofa, and still have space to move.

5m x 4m Cabin (like our Kinloch)

Perfect for: Multi-use space – office + chill zone, small gym or hobby studio.
You’ll fit: A full desk setup, armchair, shelving and still feel roomy.

6m x 8m Cabin (like the Aberfeldy)

Perfect for: Guesthouse, garden flat or luxury workspace.
You’ll fit: Bedroom area, bathroom (if added separately), kitchen zone and more.

Things to Consider:

• Future use – will your needs change in 2–3 years?
• Planning rules – most of our cabins fall within permitted development but always check locally.
• Garden layout – will you lose too much green space?
