Delivery Information – How Your Cabin Reaches You

At Clever Built Cabins, we believe the customer experience doesn’t stop at checkout — it continues right to your front door.

That’s why we work with trusted UK delivery specialists with a proven track record of safely delivering garden buildings throughout the UK.. With years of experience, specialist vehicles, and indoor storage depots, they’ll ensure your cabin arrives safely and smoothly.

Step 1: Cabin Dispatch – Built Fresh, Shipped Right

Your cabin will be custom-manufactured to order at our European factory, using slow-grown Scandinavian Spruce — one of the most stable and durable timbers available for log cabin construction.

Once production is complete, we’ll:

  • Notify you that your order is ready to ship
  • Request final payment if only a deposit was paid
  • Provide a shipping confirmation once the balance is settled

Note: Cabins will not be released for dispatch until the full balance is paid.

Step 2: International Transport

Your cabin is securely flat-packed, shrink-wrapped, and shipped via container from our factory in Europe. Our logistics partner handles all customs clearance and imports documentation.

Step 3: Arrival in the UK

Once your cabin arrives in the UK, it is:

  • Transported to our partner’s secure UK-based warehouse
  • Stored indoors if required
  • Scheduled for onward delivery to your property

Step 4: Delivery Booking

When your cabin is ready for delivery, you’ll receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation email
  • A phone call to arrange a convenient delivery date

Deliveries typically take place within 14–21 days of the cabin arriving in the UK.

Step 5: Delivery Day – What to Expect

Your cabin will arrive via a specialist delivery vehicle (26-tonne truck) equipped with a Moffett forklift, which allows safe kerbside offloading with no assistance needed from you.

Please ensure:

  • The access road can accommodate a large lorry (3m wide minimum)
  • Any obstructions (cars, bins, overhanging trees) are removed
  • You or a nominated person (whose details you’ve provided in advance) must be present to accept the delivery. If someone else will be accepting on your behalf, please notify our delivery partner at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery, using the contact details provided in their confirmation email 

🚫 Please note: Our service is kerbside only. The cabin will not be moved into your garden or installed.

Helpful Tip: You May Be Asked For Photos

To help ensure a smooth delivery, we may request photos of your access road or drop-off point in advance. This helps us spot any potential issues early and avoid delays.

Delivery Is Included

No hidden extras. No complicated shipping calculators. The price you see on our website includes UK delivery as standard.


Please note: Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, and other remote or hard-to-reach areas may be subject to a surcharge and longer lead times. We’ll always confirm any additional costs or extended timeframes with you before dispatch.
