Cancellations & Refunds

Customer Cancellations

• Cancellations before production may be accepted, but the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
• No cancellations or refunds are available once manufacturing has begun.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

• There is a pricing or typographical error. This includes instances where pricing, due to obvious error or mispricing, would not reasonably be expected by a typical customer.
• The product becomes unavailable
• There is an issue with your payment or delivery details

A full refund will be issued in such cases.

Returns

Due to the bespoke nature and size of our products, returns are not accepted unless goods arrive damaged and a local resolution is not viable.
